Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Item must be in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@alldaybuyus.com with your order number
  2. Our team will review and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and professionally.

Before initiating a chargeback, we strongly encourage customers to contact our support team. Most concerns can be resolved efficiently without involving your bank.

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution
  • We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or abusive claims
